Based at our Macarthur Square Precinct in Campbelltown, we are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join the Centre Management Team. This is a casual position with variable hours – often including Thursday nights and weekends. The Customer Service Officer represents the face of our Centre and plays a critical role in providing an exceptional customer experience for our customers. This role acts as a key liaison between the Centre Management, the Customer Service Team and our customers, including both our shoppers & retailers.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
You will be an exceptional communicator who has strong customer service skills. Your duties will encompass a wide variety of ad-hoc administration, sales and marketing activities, as well as being the first point of contact for the majority of our Customers at the Centre Management desk.
