Whatever your role at ANZ, you’ll be building your future, while helping to build ours.Role Type: PermanentRole Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008Schedule: Full time, 40hrs/week What will your day look like?As a B&PB Onboarding Specialist, you are accountable for:Working closely with Transaction Banking Sales B&PB frontline to seamlessly enable great experiences for new to bank and existing customersResponsible for onboarding of all B&PB products, and PCM / Institutional productsCoordinating with offshore teams to ensure deals meet SLAs and with a particular focus on accuracyProvide product training to customers to ensure they are engaged and transacting with their new products effectivelyHelping to drive profitable, sustainable growth of B&PB products, and PCM / Institutional products within B&PBProvide a high level of responsiveness to customer requests by satisfying enquiries accurately the first time aroundIdentify and effectively communicate opportunities to enhance customer efficiencyIncrease quality of customer engagement and Transaction Banking brand in marketContributing to the origination of new customers / new B&PB products, and PCM / Institutional products in B&PB on behalf of internal stakeholdersProtect the Bank by adhering to the highest risk management standards, including all personal role and organisational compliance obligations met and maintained.Manage your business and customers by adhering to the required onboarding disciplines and management / application of all tools and resources. Includes contribution to team outputs across cases closed, productivity, utilisation, achieving SLAs
