The Asset Manager will be accountable and responsible for the successful delivery of the strategic asset maintenance management and compliance for the Vic Schools PPP contract. Reporting to the Contract Manager and working closely with the Operations Managers’, School Officers and Reporting and Compliance Manager, this will include producing recommendation reports for the client to improve building performance in relation to critical infrastructure, life cycle and redundancy across the portfolio.
