The role includes managing sales enablement, deal structuring, contract execution, and client onboarding through the customer lifecycle. The Sr Manager works closely with B2B Sales to drive conversion, margin discipline, and service delivery, offering leadership and oversight across sales support and operations teams to ensure scalable processes, cost control, and consistent execution aligned with commercial objectives.
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Facilitate the onboarding process for new MTS clients and coordinate onboarding and oversight of suppliers to maintain high-quality service.Monitor and fulfill contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for MTS customers and oversee offhire management.
