Responsibilities & skills
Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.Basic computer skills, with knowledge of hotel management systems (preferred).

Experience
Previous experience in a customer service or telephone operator role (preferably in the hospitality industry).Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone demeanor.
