Sanlam Life and Savings consists of the following business units Retail Mass, Corporate, Risk and Savings, Glacier and various business enabling functions. The Sanlam Life and Savings Office provides strategic direction, coordination and support to the four clusters, as well as performing governance oversight that includes assurance provided by second line of defense functions in SLS, to enable us to meet our business objectives. What will you do?The Project Management Administrator provides comprehensive project, financial, office, and governance administration support to Project Managers and project teams. The role ensures effective coordination, accurate reporting, adherence to PMO standards, and smooth execution of project activities across multiple workstreams within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Financial AdministrationUpdate and maintain project and/or business cost centre budgets, including monthly cost and projection reportingManage vendor payments, purchase orders, and invoice capturingResolve and follow up on budget-related queriesCoordinate PPO time capturing by ensuring all project resources complete monthly submissions before month-end closeProvide financial reporting support to the Cost Centre ManagerSupport contract management financials, including signatory approval processes Administration & SupportProvide administrative support to Senior Managers, Project Managers and/or large project teamsManage senior stakeholders’ diaries, meeting schedules, and project-related mailboxesCommunicate and follow up on action items, providing daily feedback through stand-ups, Kanban boards, or JIRA updatesInterpret and update project plans using PPO, BI and JIRA toolsCompile accurate weekly dashboards and monthly progress reports in line with PMO standardsArrange meetings, venues, catering, and virtual collaboration logisticsManage senior stakeholders’ diaries, meeting schedules, and project-related mailboxesMaintain APMO and/or project registers (e.g. contact lists, birthdays, or other required records)Maintain and update information on PPO and SharePoint, including risks, issues, and dependenciesProduce accurate, high-quality meeting minutes and distribute within 48 hoursActively contribute to positive team morale and collaboration within the project environment Office AdministrationLog and track infrastructure and equipment issues with relevant helpdesks until resolutionManage asset registers and equipment allocation for APMO resourcesProcess hardware and software orders via SRS / Helix systems (in line with 15 working day SLA)Support onboarding of new project resourcesAssist with coordination of team-building activities and functions

Education
Grade 12 (Matric)Relevant accredited coursesA relevant diploma in Project Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field will be an advantage
Experience
