Full job descriptionWhat will you do?You will consult to the trustees/management committees of funds, assist in the daily managing and logistical control of the funds, to co-ordinate and facilitate between departments, with the ultimate objective of owning the relationship of a portfolio of clients of SIMEKA CONSULT and in some instances work with another Principal Consultant. This role is based in Tygervalley, Cape Town.Key responsibilitiesEnsuring that a portfolio of clients is adequately servicedTechnical excellence in servicing corporate clientsEmbodying TCF in client interactionEffectively and independently management of a portfolio of clientsDemonstrating client centricityManage the communication plan of the FundsFacilitating and co-ordinating internal departmentsSelf-developmentBuild client relationships and ensure client retentionEnsure that the overall standard of agenda packs, minutes and consulting advice is maintainedAttend and coordinate Trustee Meetings and/or Joint Forum MeetingsProvide monthly reporting via required reports on operating functions of portfolioDirect employee training to improve efficiencyEnsure that standard procedures, practices and Client servicing are maintained and adhered toRisk awareness and the management of these risksAwareness of regulatory legislation and developments within the industryMonitor budgets, targets and feesParticipate in Simekas vision to become a thought leaderParticipation in growing the businessBuild a successful career with usWere all about building strong, lasting relationships with our employees.
