DESCRIPTIONAmazon Now is seeking an operations leader to support cluster-level operational indexing and performance tracking. The candidate will be responsible for managing dark stores and hiring and developing a team that leads day to day operations/programs. This role involves monitoring key operational metrics across dark stores, managing data accuracy for operational dashboards, and supporting the team in maintaining visibility into network health and performance.Key job responsibilitiesCollaborate with multiple stakeholders and launch dark stores.Track and index operational metrics including count compliance, fulfillment times, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance across city networksMaintain data integrity for operational dashboards and reporting systems used by leadership teamsSupport root cause analysis for operational defects and SLA breachesCoordinate with store operations teams to ensure timely data updates and metric accuracyAssist in identifying trends and patterns in operational performance to support continuous improvement initiatives

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experienceWork a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
