Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership - Manage resources through providing guidance, mentorship, and support to aid team members in meeting project and operational commitments. Galvanising the existing team into a high functioning development team.Strategic Direction - Drive the evolution of the OneX strategy in alignment with TFG board objectives.Includes extension of existing platform and technology stack and integration into Omni point of sale.Planning - Participate in the business requirements and specifications review with the designated product manager and providing feedback. Identify and liaise with all business stakeholders.Ensure that delivery commitments are met from a timing and functionality perspectiveTechnical development - Serve as the technical resource on complicated projects providing guidance to other team members and the necessary documentation that can be followed to implement the project.Provide continuous technical input to the development team to maintain development standards.Mentor junior engineers or put mentorship in place between senior and junior developers. Ensure comprehensive code reviews.Manage 3rd party vendor relationship – As it pertains to technology roadmap, commercial alignment, project deliverables, security and operational stabilityFinancial Management – Responsible for full budget lifecycle from quarterly estimation to monthly actual processing and variance analysis

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.5+ years of experience working with engineering teams in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to juggle multiple projects, stay organized, and prioritize deadlines effectivelyProven experience in software development (.Net, C#) and technical leadership roles, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projectsDeep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices, with hands-on experience in backend and frontend development
