The position focuses on building and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners, converting affiliategenerated leads into sales, and delivering a seamless customer experience across multiple communication channels. This role requires a strong sales background, excellent customer service skills, and a solid understanding of regulatory requirements within the financial services industry.May provide customers with essential information regarding products and services. Provides quality service to external and internal customers by ensuring accuracy in recording of data.
