EdPlus at ASU is a dynamic unit of Arizona State University focused on the design and scalable delivery of digital teaching and learning models to increase student success and reduce barriers to achievement in higher education. We advance the economic, social, cultural, and overall health of the local, national, and international communities served by ASU.We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Success Training Coordinator who has a strong sense of urgency and passionate about helping others achieve their education goals. The Success Training Coordinator will focus primarily on the onboarding and continuous training and development of Success Coaches. The Success Training Coordinator will be involved in creating and the facilitation of new hire training to include shadow sessions, skill building, presentations, activities, and review of key concepts of various systems and best practices.
Responsibilities & skills
Evidence of a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
Education
Leads week 3 of New Hire training of Success Coaches including shadow sessions, skill building, presentations, activities, and review of key concepts like elevated programs, systems, Salesforce, and best practices.Coordinates onboarding with new hires and their leads, seniors, and teams.
