We advance the economic, social, cultural, and overall health of the local, national, and international communities served by ASU.We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Quick Enroll Specialist to join our EdPlus Success Center team. Every day you will make a difference in the lives of others by coordinating graduate and undergraduate course recommendations and pre-admission evaluations. You will work in a fast-paced environment with pre- and post-admitted student files in securing class registrations, as well as with potential student files for pre-evaluations.Essential Duties:· Serves as the point of contact for Enrollment Coaches for pre-evaluations, course recommendations and registration.· Collaborates with academic units and services throughout the University to facilitate student support.· Assists in the development, editing and distribution of course recommendation items, brochures, and documents.· Works closely with their manager to meet required goals.· May attend local meetings with academic units to learn about program updates.· Initiates and prepares administrative reports.· Clearly communicates to perform essential functions.· Performs data entry tasks as needed.
