Correspondence Management: You will oversee incoming correspondence, review materials, and direct them appropriately. Your attention to detail will ensure that all communication is handled with utmost professionalism.Data Entry and Reporting: Your skills will shine as you manage data entry and reporting tasks for the Assistant Dean, ensuring accuracy and reliability in our records.Travel Support: Facilitate travel arrangements for the Assistant Dean, managing logistics with precision. Additionally, you'll process travel reimbursements for the Assistant Dean and a team of major gift officers.Get to Know the Community: Support the Assistant Dean as the strategic advisor to the Johnson School Dean’s Advisory Council. Help with the nomination process, research of nominees, and other materials as needed.
