Job Description

The Workforce Planning Manager will assist in the design of the Dyson enterprise-wide workforce planning function and be a key contributor in its execution. The role will be responsible for the continuous enhancement of the tools and processes used by the organisation to ensure accurate and timely delivery of workforce projections. Reporting to the Head of Global Workforce Planning & Organisational Change, the position will provide analysis of workforce projections and to create valuable insights and data driven recommendations to support the organisation’s objectives. The role will assist in documenting, coordinating, and implementing the change management communications & processes required to ensure successful delivery of the workforce planning program.
