With your sound technical knowledge, you will ensure compliance with good laboratory practices, Good Manufacturing practices and Good Documentation practices.Responsibilities:Demonstrating a high level of customer focus and responsiveness including direct interaction with customer(s) and their operation team(s) in:Implementing required quality management systems to ensure customer work scope, results, and team performance meets approved SOPs and organization's safety and quality requirements. Coordinate and review with client and other team members on assigned tasks.Participating in cost, quality, and efficiency improvement initiatives driven by the Team Lead.Mentoring and cross-training staff with a standardized training program and documentation.Completing and reviewing work assignments and adjusting workload and resources periodically with the team.
