Responsibilities + Skills
setting realistic and effective regional sourcing strategies to ensure delivery against recruiting targets within the allocated budget and on time. Sourcing strategies includes creative recruitment campaigns, ads and media to attract talent in highly sought-after skillsets and capabilities.
Education
taking full ownership of leading a small team in identifying and delivering resourcing needs across APAC predominantly in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and India but including a variety of other Dyson locations where the APAC function leaders have hiring and talent attraction needs.
