The Global Facilities team at Dyson is in midst of an evolution, and we are recruiting for a newly established Senior Facilities Compliance Manager role. This pivotal position will support senior leadership in charting the course for our Global Facilities team to ensure that every facet aligns seamlessly with health and safety requisites, sustainability guidelines, and rigorous compliance standards. We need a strategic thinker with the acumen to shape the foundation of this role, and a practical leader who can take the rest of our Global Facilities team members on this journey.Your mandate will be to guarantee that our global facilities operations are not only compliant with external regulations and internal standards but are also conducted with a keen eye on risk mitigation. Finally, you will work with the Sustainability function to provide relevant reports and propose suitable programmes for facilities globally. You will interface with leaders across various verticals to establish the needs of the business and provide indirect line management supervision to other Compliance team members within the Global Facilities function.
