Job Description:Dyson is hiring an Internal Communications Business Partner, Group Functions to support the Global Finance organisation as well as the Global Estates and IT functions. In this role, you will be the key advisor to Dysons Global Chief Finance Officer, Finance leadership team and cross-functional partners, working with the team to create, lead, and execute internal initiatives that help people connect to Dysons mission and priorities.As an Internal Communications business partner, youll play a big part in making sure Dyson people globally feel informed, engaged, and inspired. Youll work closely with the Chief Financial Officer and leadership team to shape and deliver the communications strategies that support their ambitious priorities and change agendas. Youll report directly into the Global Internal Communications Director and be supported by a small group of business partners working together to achieve the same things in other areas of the business.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who understands financial information, collaborating with executives, colleagues, and other stakeholders to deliver simplified concepts and messaging that support the priorities of the Chief Financial Officer, including functional and company priorities, financial reporting and storytelling. Strong writing and editing skills are essential, specifically the ability to communicate complex, technical concepts to diverse audiences in a clear and concise manner. You should understand internal communication methodologies, particularly change communication and financial reporting analysis.
