Ensure capabilities are reusable, expandable and sustainableUnblock challenges throughout the life cycle of implementing a capability such as solutioning, development, testing and implementation leveraging on the knowledge he/she has from business and ITKeep up to date of new technologies and capabilities in the industry to enable benchmarking against own solutions for continuous improvementReady to assist and cover the Product Owners in their absence and drive the squad to deliver committed initiatives
