Job Description
Management of assigned Telco/ICT projects and transitions complying with Project Management Methodology(PMM) that covers Initiation, Define, Organise & Plan, Implement & Control and Handover & Closure.Lead the project team members (matrix reporting) that are key to the successful delivery of the projects.Manage change to project scope and schedule to maintain customer satisfaction.Record risk and issue and timely escalation to relevant stakeholders for resolution.Communication to stakeholders and project reporting.Help the team members to resolve conflicts and interface problems within the project and ensure successfuldelivery of the project.Manage customer relationship during the projects through strong governance.Provide pre-sales support for RFPs by preparing Gantt chart, customized response for bid questions andpresentation on Project Management to potential customers.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
At least 10 years of IT experience in a multi-disciplinary environment (e.g. Data Centre Operations, Network, Storage, Server, Middleware, Cloud, CyberSecurity) in a customer fronting role or At least 5 years of Project Management experience in Telco and IT infrastructure environment.Professional certification in Project Management, e.g. PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or CITPM.Demonstrates ability and proven track record of working with customers and 3rd party vendors at Senior & Executive Management level.
