Responsibilities + Skills
Education
3. MBA or advanced degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management preferred; certifications and course work in specific areas of HR expertise a plus, including coaching certifications.
Experience
1. Prior experience in compensation & benefit, organizational development is a plus.2. Prior experience supporting and working in a Tech Business environment is preferred.
