They are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Head of School to lead their team and establish a strong foundation for their early childhood programme.About the Head of PreSchool Role:As the Head of PreSchool, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining high-quality standards, managing the day-to-day operations of the preschool, and providing visionary leadership to the teaching staff.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations at the preschoolEstablish the school policies, maintaining accurate records and reports in compliance with regulatory requirementEnsure the safety and well-being of students, maintaining a nurturing and inclusive environmentEstablish and maintain strong relationships with parents, actively involving them in their child's learning journeyOversee the enrolment process, including admissions, registration, and communication with prospective parentsCollaborate with the management team to establish and manage the preschool's budget and resources effectivelyAct as representative of the preschool at fairs, on site Information Sessions/Open HousesDetermine personnel requirements, recruiting and evaluation of teaching staff
