You will work closely with partners and stakeholders to develop concepts and drive them to fruition, enhancing Dyson's IP portfolio. Your responsibilities include:Building a world-class, multi-disciplinary team and supporting them in defining and realising compelling product visions and conceptsDriving innovative problem solving to secure IP for Dyson.

Role-model presentation and communication best practice during project reviews.Define plans, monitor progress and report on technical risks.Challenge and develop Dyson engineering practices to continuously improve design quality.

Overseeing project plans, technical risks, and engineering problem resolution.Collaborating across global teams to enhance engineering practices.Work collaboratively with partners across the business, in Engineering, the Audio Business Unit, and more.Management of team budget and spend.
