Amazon Web Services is leading the next paradigm shift in computing and is looking for an accomplished leader of leaders for the role of Business Leader of APJ Global System Integrators (GSI).As the Business Leader of APJ GSIs you will set an innovative sales strategy, deliver results through the development of joint industry IP, identify and close large-scale IT Outsourcing renewals, and develop a high performing team of industry leaders in their own right. You will hire, lead, and develop a global team, own operational execution of attainment against global targets, and create/manage/maintain executive relationships across the business.
Responsibilities + Skills
10+ years of experience as a leader of leaders, supporting globally distributed teams.Proven success building a high performing global organizations spanning multiple GSIsExperience operating businesses from 100s of millions, to billions of dollars in revenue (USD)Experience developing complex solutions with C-suite customers and internal stakeholders
Education
15+ years of sales, business development, partner development, or alliances management experience10+ years of experience with GSIs and/or large enterprise sales and complex agreements
