This role usually works directly with teams from many departments to allow the successful implementation of digital technologies to improve operations.Make an Impact by:Project Management: Responsible for overseeing the entire digitalization project. Create project plans, set objectives, allocate resources, and ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.Business Analytics: Gather and analyze data and information about current operations and processes. Work closely with stakeholders to identify areas that can benefit from digitalization and develop business cases for these changes.Change Management: Help employees adapt to the changes brought about by digitalization.
