The role inputs into project management/governance, operations, and capacity management.The role includes responsibility for the management of the Colocation Data Center’s master services agreement compliance and technical compliance monitoring. The Data Center Operations Manager role will be in Singapore, covering operations primarily in Singapore as well as rest of SEA & ANZ. The role will directly report to JLL South Asia Data Center Engineering Manager.

Education
Ensure the SLA with the client is adhered to by the colocation data center and escalate where required for any breaches or near missesAssist improvement projects implementation, reaching out to a variety of support teams and stakeholdersOperate as the afterhours on-call Data Center Operations Manager for and on behalf of the client. This will include responding to any issues within the data center and managing the investigation, mitigation, and recovery of the issue(s)
