Job Description:Obtain customer trip requirements from Charter Sales teams, including date, route, departure/arrival times, number of passengers, primary passenger details and contact phone numbers.Compile a complete profile of needs associated with each flight, including requirements for crew/passenger entry, transportation, CIQ information, and any additional unique information that may be required due to the nature of the tripEnsure all trips are planned and set up in a safe and efficient manner in compliance with aviation regulations and established company policies.Provide coordination and support services for all aspects of flight operations including the monitoring of daily flight operations to ensure effective and efficient execution.
