The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end process changes that impact the commercial team. They will provide and enhance business analytics and metrics, lead change management and communication planning activities, and be a champion of continuous improvement. The candidate will be agile and nimble in managing dynamics of the matrix and navigate complex business changes to ensure commercial processes adhere to compliance and customers’ needs. They will be passionate about understanding and transforming business processes, identifying gaps and areas of opportunity for scalability, automation, and business sustainability. The candidate will mitigate project risks and recommend solutions and define project governance framework for tracking and monitoring project risks and success measurements.
