We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.As a Capacity Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for planning the workforce within operations, aiming to achieve the business goals of the company, product and organisation levels.What will I be doing?Responsible for resource planning for multiple teams/business areas including business needs analysis to predict and prepare for workload increases or fluctuations.Lead the evaluation of complex business plans, ensuring strategic alignment and compliance with regulations and ethical standards.Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to drive planning decisions and strategy formulation.Work closely with HR, Budget & Workforce teams, and other stakeholders to develop integrated business strategies and planning initiatives.
