Dyson is a design and innovation led company, whilst equally valuing project schedule adherence and budget adherence.About the roleDyson is developing capabilities in new categories at our Singapore technical facility, specifically in personal care science. We intend to develop and translate new opportunities in imaging, molecular and clinical microbiology, active ingredient chemistry, delivery methods, biological assay and model development into new products. The Associate Principal Scientist will act as Dyson’s technical specialist and subject matter expert in our fundamental research programs, and function as a key driver in the execution of the commissioned projects. The incumbent is also expected to direct and drive the team scientifically, and build capability in the joint labs and Dyson facilities. There will be strong linkage with downstream partners to embed and translate research outcomes throughout the organisation.Collaborate with other scientists to define the requirements of new or existing research projects, and design new assays or modify existing experimental models to address the identified scientific problems.
