In this job, you will be driving engagements with prospective parents, understanding their individual requirements to effectively deliver a personalised experience.About the Admissions Manager Role:Reporting to the Head of Admissions, you will be playing a critical role in consulting prospective parents.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end pipeline process, from enquiry to application, supporting parents through tout the customer journeyAssess the needs and aspirations of prospective parents and students, understanding their educational goals and challengesProvide personalised guidance and support to prospective families, showcasing the unique benefits and opportunities offered by the institutionConduct individual and group tours of the school, acting as a point of contact for parent and student queries during post tour consultations, assisting them with the application process through to enrolment status

Experience
