GCC Hardlines team is seeking a Saudi National Category Leader with proven experience in strategy, execution, negotiation, and team development to lead a specific set of categories for the SA and AE business. You will own the Retail P&L and will be responsible for leading and developing a high performing team, setting strategy to drive profitable growth, creating strong partnerships with vendor partners, exploring new and emerging business models, running day-to-day operations, and delivering innovation to improve the customer experience.Hardlines is a fast growing segment of the business that is quickly evolving. The leader of this category will play a critical role as a business and people leader to build the portfolio and strategy of one of the most promising businesses for Amazon GCC. In this role you will be regularly working with senior management from numerous vendors, partners, and internal teams. This position is responsible for managing and developing a team focused on expanding selection, business growth, building vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and pricing, developing promotions, and monitoring and reacting to industry and competitive trends.
