The Amazon GCC team UAE/KSA is looking for an enthusiastic, creative Senior Content Manager to help build and grow our business in the overall Total Consumer Electronics and Entertainment TCEE team (position based in Riyadh).The Senior Content Manager will play a leading role in developing the category’s creative direction, style guidelines, and overall CX strategy, discoverability and category online marketing calendar and strategy, meeting the needs of the business while protecting the integrity of the customer experience. They will propose, plan and execute the merchandising plan, new features and products with minimal oversight, partnering with business teams to achieve project goals. Responsibilities & skills
An in-depth understanding of merchandising and customer behaviour metrics, plus regular use of such data to guide decisions and recommendationsOnline retail experienceHighly skilled at communicating ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.High computer literacy, with ability to learn new systems quickly
Education
Excellent written English and Arabic and strong attention to detail is essentialA deep understanding of all traffic-driving mechanisms (Email, search, browse, SEO, etc.); actively engaged in optimizing those channels for your business
