Inbound Supply Chain Manager, Transportation Planning

The Inbound Supply Chain Manager acts as bridge between business and operations teams and is responsible for seamless planning of inbound freight into Fulfillment Centers and execution during peak and off-peak periods while maximizing vendor and seller experience.This role involves driving critical decisions with cross-functional teams and senior leadership and demands strong program management skills along with the ability to drive data-driven discussions.The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning, and written/verbal communication skills.Key job responsibilitiesSet up processes to strengthen inbound supply chain planning with an objective of minimizing cost and maximizing customer/seller experienceBe owner of seller and vendor experience in the supply chain organizationMake the existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools/automationRollout best practices from other geographies/ companies to minimize end-to-end supply chain lossesUtilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations and technical audiencesProgram management and driving decision-making across functional teams and senior leadership.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Education
Bachelor's degreeKnowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience
3+ years of program or project management experience3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
