To provide strategic leadership, develop the continuous improvement, Passenger Terminal, Infrastructure and Midfield team’s direction and priorities, collaborate with the SVP FM on shaping the airport services operating models, plan strategies and provide direction and management to ensure seamless service delivery with a focus on maintaining high customer service level.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with minimum 10+ years of job-related experience.
Experience
Extensive experience in airport planning and operations processes including maintenance, airport properties and facility management.
