We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to be part of our Technical Training team as Maintenance Training Supervisor in Doha.About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for implementing the published training plan and for supporting training management in ensuring smooth operation. You are also expected to develop and provide guidance for instructors in improving quality of training.Key responsibilities are:Designs and prepares training materials and training aids – preparing, promoting and implementing training programs necessary to fulfill identified training needs. Develop, maintain and update master training materials. Take corrective actions in case of finding discrepancy or damage to the facilities/equipment/training aids.Assign instructors in course development.Provide required technical guidance for instructors in development of training course.
Responsibilities + Skills
Hold Type Training Instructor Authorisations on at least 4 aircraft types operated by Qatar AirwaysKnowledge about the regulatory requirements for technical training (QCAR/EASA/ Part 145/147/66)Interpersonal and management skills
Education
Allocate aircraft for field visits.Supervise classroom training software update.
