Job Description:Highway Design EngineerQatar Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Highway Design Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to provide services such as preparation of project study reports, project reports, geometric approval drawings, plans, specifications and estimates. What You’ll Be DoingDesign horizontal and vertical roadway alignments and super elevation diagrams.Perform quantity calculations project estimates.Managing Associate Engineers in completing project deliverables.Develop details to construction, detour, signing & marking.Coordinate with project team and interdisciplinary technical personnel.Assists the senior staff in completing the project deliverables.Provide support for other engineering activities as required.Provides input and technical guidance to CAD Designer/Drafters, Designers and lower-level Engineers working on the same project.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Roadway & Highway design experience in Qatar projects.Prior experience in Geometric alignments designMust be fluent in English, both written and verbal and have experience in composing correspondence related to his responsibilities.
