Full job description· Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent· 15-20 years experience in Detailed Engineering of Oil and Gas Projects, both Onshore and Offshore, out of which 10 years in Senior position.· Good verbal and written Communication and Presentation skills.· Ability to motivate and inspire.· Ability to take decisions during Interdisciplinary Conflicts.· Good relationship building skills with employees and Client."· Ability to certify Engineering Consultants for payment, Appraisal of Engineers, ability to recommend outsourcing of Engineering activities.· Communicates with Client, Management, Vendors, and Subcontractors to the level of authority that authorizes work and affect financial commitments
