We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our agile delivery team, working in a scaled agile environment to deliver impactful solutions for our commercial teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive requirements engineering, and help ensure our agile delivery is efficient, customer-centric and value driven.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Management: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with commercial, IT, and external partners to understand needs and objectives and translate them into actionable requirements.Problem Analysis: Identify root causes of business problems and facilitate effective solutions using techniques such as RCA and PFC.Process Analysis: Analyze and optimize business processes (as-is and to-be) using techniques such as BPMN and UML modeling.Wireframing and User Experience: Collaborate with UX and development teams to define mock-ups and deliver high quality UI UX designs.Agile Delivery: Work as a core member of a agile delivery pod, participating in agile ceremonies (PI planning, stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and OKRs’).Backlog Support: Refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals and commercial strategy.Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA and development teams to define acceptance criteria, support UAT, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
