Job Description:Associate Environmental EngineerQatar, Doha Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Associate Environmental Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to perform a variety of basic to moderately-difficult engineering projects that require a fundamental knowledge of design/drafting standards, practices, and techniques under the supervision of a degreed engineer. What You'll Be doing:Assist project senior engineers in conducting research and gathering baseline environmental data (e.g., ecological resources, air quality, noise levels, water quality, socio-economic data) through literature reviews, database searches, and potentially assisting with field data collection planning.Support the analysis and interpretation of environmental data under the guidance of senior staff.Assist in drafting specific sections of EIA reports, technical memos, and related documentation.Help prepare figures, maps, and tables for inclusion in reports and presentations.Assist in researching relevant local, regional, and national environmental regulations, standards, and guidelines applicable to infrastructure projects.Support the team in identifying potential environmental impacts associated with proposed projects and researching potential mitigation measures.
