Full job description1- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in materials science, manufacturing processes, and additive manufacturing2- Supervise research projects and theses at the undergraduate and graduate levels3- Contribute to the research profile of the college through research grants and publications4- Assist in the community service, marketing, and outreach activities of the department programs5- Contribute to various committees at the department, college, and university level6- Engage in professional development activities/training to enhance teaching effectiveness and stay updated about advancements in the field.7- Contribute to curriculum development and program accreditation activities in the department.8- Other responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Ph.D. in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field, with expertise in additive manufacturing and materials processingApplicant should demonstrate active role in both collaborating on and leading independent research, including grant writing and submission
Experience
Experience in teaching and supervising post graduate degreesFamiliar with Educational technologies used in higher education sectorExcellent written and oral communication skills
