Technical Engineer

Your new role As a Technical Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to monitor and maintain the customers' IT systems. You will provide telephone, remote, and onsite support, ensuring that all customer queries are handled promptly and effectively. Additionally, you will have the chance to assist in network projects, spot sales opportunities, and contribute to IT solutions.What you'll need to succeed  Experience with Microsoft Server, Office 365 and Microsoft 365Understanding of computer network support and the best solutions for thisExperience working with Saas and IaasVoIP experience would be a must for the role.A passion for continuous improvementWhat you'll get in return You will join a small, close-knit team whose work really matters.
