We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and passionate Structures Asset Manager to join our expanding civil structures team in Hamilton.In this role you will work within one of New Zealand’s most reputable structures asset management teams, collaborating with colleagues across our offices to look after some of the nation’s oldest and most heavily used bridges. You will be a collaborative team player with practical problem-solving skills. In this role, you will lead others to deliver successful project outcomes on portfolios of existing structural assets across the upper North Island. This role will see you:Partnering with clients to understand and deliver to their long-term plans and key drivers.Leading and coaching others to support their career development.Leading the delivery of structures maintenance and improvement works.Building strong internal and external relationships to deliver better outcomes.
