Your new roleWork within the RF team while engaging in RF network planning & optimisation tasks in relation to network performance improvement and other network delivery work.Analyse KPI's, identify network problems, carry out investigation, handle customer complaints, and make improvements to network performanceProvide high-end support for customer technical queries.Deep understanding of technical documents/guides as a technical expert to take charge of all the network performance related tasks (POCs trials, technical troubleshooting and customer presentations) What you'll need to succeedHave a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics/computer or Telecommunications Engineering.Have vendor (HW/NK/Ericsson) experience in RF Optimisation across UMTS/LTE/NR evolution.Have proficient skills on features and parameters, including test plan, trial, implementation and debugging, to improve service KQIs.

IoT traffic modelling, capacity management and problem handling, or5G optimisation and performance tuning experienceAnalytical skills by programming (Excel macro, python, Java)Have highly developed technical and communication skills (both written and spoken)
