Job DescriptionTe Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunityWe are seeking a Research Nurse to join The Liggins Institute. You will be assisting with the coordination and conduct of two clinical trials and one observational study in the Gut Bugs programme.Key responsibilities in the role include:Coordination of appointments, and liaising with participants regarding scheduled appointments, activities, and queries.Management of documentation and consumables, including preparation and stock management.Conduct clinical research visits, including oversight of research assistantsSuccessfully complete clinical evaluations including biological sampling, clinical assessments, and administration of questionnaires according to study protocol and SOPs

Proven track record of achieving targets and deliverablesDemonstrated competency using IT systems
Education
Have a Nursing or medical degree, and work experience.Experience with electronic data entryExperience with phlebotomy and intravenous fluid managementUnderstanding of clinical trial operations
