Located in South Auckland. An established and well known company are looking for an experienced and people focused Payroll Manager to come and lead their team of 4. A people leader who is collaborative, and who will coach their team and lead from the front. Someone with a passion for making a difference.Your new roleResponsible for the overall function of the Payroll Department (3-4 direct reports)The successful fortnightly payrollManaging employee data in the application databases and preparing and distributing regular reporting to key stakeholders as requiredPartner with Finance, Operations and HR department to seek continuous improvement of systems and procedures utilized within the payroll department
