We have an exciting opportunity for an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer to join our Building Services team in Hamilton. You’ll be supported by senior engineers and technical leaders who are committed to your growth and success.Ko wai koe | About youYou are a motivated and collaborative mechanical engineer with 3-7 years of experience in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) design, ideally within a consulting environment. You enjoy solving complex problems, working in multi-disciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of innovative and sustainable building solutions.You bring:Experience delivering mechanical HVAC designs from concept through to construction.Familiarity with tools such as Carrier E-20, IES, Bluebeam, and Revit.A good understanding of relevant industry standards such as CIBSE or ASHRAE.Knowledge of New Zealand building codes and seismic design requirements (preferred).A proactive mindset and a willingness to mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team culture.
