This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 0–3 years of experience in ICT, electrical, or building services engineering to kickstart their career while contributing to exciting projects like Auckland Airport, City Rail Link, and new commercial developments.You’ll be part of our Early Careers Programme, which offers structured development, mentoring, and exposure to multidisciplinary teams and real-world projects.What you’ll doSupport the design and delivery of ICT systems across building and infrastructure projectsAssist in preparing specifications, drawings, and reports under guidance from senior engineersLearn to work with systems such as structured cabling, data networks, CCTV, access control, and AV systemsCollaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand project requirementsContribute to project documentation and coordination activitiesParticipate in team meetings, site visits, and client workshopsEngage in learning and development opportunities through our early careers programme
