Job Description
The IMG Education Coordinator is the teacher, clinical resource, practitioner, consultant and change agent for the clinical areas. Collaborating with the employees and providing management of the clinical area; the IMG Education Coordinator is responsible for the assessment, planning, development, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of employee educational needs. Serves as a role model for all levels of employees. The position will divide time spent in clinical areas and time spent in classroom.
Responsibilities + Skills
Conducts annual competency skills evaluations for ambulatory preceptorsSupports and participates in identification and application of appropriate clinical research and changes in clinical policies and procedures.
Education
Arranges education programs and staff trainings during the yearOversees preceptors of new hires
