Full job descriptionAt Central Maine Healthcare our team members are committed to providing exceptional care and experiences for our community and for each other every day. $15,000 Sign on bonus!* CLINICAL LAB SCIENTIST CLT/MT/MLT/MLS The Opportunity: Central Maine Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Lab Scientist to join the Central Maine Medical Center Pathology team! This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, benefit eligible position. What you’ll do:performs routine and complex procedures in blood bank, chemistry, hematology, serology, microbiology, urinalysis, and phlebotomy.obtains and receives specimens, performs clinical laboratory tests by standardized procedures, understands method principles, performs quality control, performs preventative maintenance, and interprets results as to accuracy, acceptability, and critical limits.works independently, organizes work to meet established deadlines, records all data obtained, and maintains job competence.
Responsibilities + Skills
**Internal team members who apply for a role that has a sign on bonus for external candidates, will not be eligible for the sign on bonus. Team members who have been gone from CMH for one year or more are eligible for a sign on bonus payment.
